Home Build Dean is for homeowners, future homeowners, and real estate investors who want to better understand how homes actually work. I would argue homeowners should be referred to as investors as well.

Homeowners invest their money up-keeping a property they invested a large some of money into. Homeowners are betting on equity to one day capitalize on their initial investment. If you did not want to invest in real estate, then you would presumably rent the home you live in or live in an apartment.

Home Build Dean is an education-first brand built on hands-on project experience. We work alongside other builders, trades, and designers, but our role is to help homeowners and investors understand the process, identify priorities, and avoid costly surprises.
